Ohio Vigilance - Roles

This page will descriptions of volunteer roles for which need to be filled
Administrative help Copying, obtaining needed supplies, resources; filing, data entry
County Data Coordinator Point person for collection of data from county board of elections, from investigators and analysts, manages reports related to a particular county  
County Data Gatherer Collects data from a county board of election - on-site visits (e.g. for review of signature books, ballots, absentee-ballot applications, provisional envelopes, etc.)  
Fundraising Manager/Solicitor Helping to obtain donations, develop relationships with donors, promoting our cause to potential donors, etc.  
Miscellaneous "Runner"- to pick up documents from BOE's and then copy/mail/fax/deliver; "Nagger"- calling BOE's, asking them when data will be available  
Project Manager Project manager for particular project (e.g. Information Dissection project)  
Topic Supervisor Point person for all information/investigation for a particular topic (e.g. Exit Polls)  
Trainer Training people to perform needed activities/tasks; helping prepare training materials  
Volunteer Supervisor Manages assignment of volunteers to projects and tracking of projects' status  
Website Maintenance Responsible for maintenance of a segment of the web site (e.g. Reading List)
